A promise needed

And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or farms for My name's sake, will receive many times as much, and will inherit eternal life.

—Jesus (Matthew 19:29)

I sure hope so.

A promise is a promise. Happy New Year! Loads of blessings!
I would like to ask a question if I may. Does leaving a family also include not speaking to family due to violence? Or not speaking to them due to the fact that they profess to be Christian, put themselves in front of the congregation as ministers, and yet act out sins that would in this country constitute jail time?

Its an odd question I know but I just want to know what you think and I didn't really want to get into details. That part is not important. Your opinion I would value.
I think so, if you have lost them or left them for the sake of your own Christianity and faith in the Lord then that promise is for you.
Losing can mean a million different ways.
God bless you...and I am sure He will.

Paganism has it benefits.

Not being a Christian saves me a lot of time in wondering what God is thinking of my thoughts and actions. If I'm not making someone else suffer, things are going real good.
Your hope is sure....
Grace be with you this year.
