Three-day week

Seem to be right on track for getting everything necessary done within the confines of a three-day work week. That's a relief.

Yesterday's errands took me to University Village again. I can't even express how uncomfortable that place makes me—its website describes it as "the only open-air lifestyle shopping center in the Pacific Northwest" and uses the word "unique" in two out of two sentences (thus rendering it both impotent and inapplicable). Ick. Got candles and such for Advent and had a rubber foot replaced on my iBook, turning to Ben & Jerry's for comfort before returning home.

Community Group in fifteen, so I'd best scoot.

I'm not a big fan of the U Village either.
Which Ben & Jerry's?
Used some gift cerificates I had from an old job to get a Minter Wonderland Fudge Sundae.
THAT'S NEW TO ME!!! I'm going to have to check it out. I love mint & mint chocolate chip ice cream.
I'm with you on the U Village. It's like a badly designed central business district with a parking system designed by a committee of drunks.
"Lifestyle" shopping center? What the heck is that supposed to mean? For some reason it's reminding me of a menu over on travelocity.com that reads something like, "Caribbean, Europe, Canada, Hawaii, Gay & Lesbian, Hong Kong, Japan, Central America." Gee, guess which item doesn't belong in the list, people?!
